Now that all of the kids are getting older and we don't see each other as much anymore, my sweet parents put together what they call "Super Saturdays" once a month. They plan an activity so all the kids can get together and play with each other. It really is a big sacrifice sometimes for my parent's but they have made it a priority and I really appreciate them for it. My kids look forward to it each time and I know my kids aren't the only ones.
This was our last Super Saturday event and although there wasn't much snow everyone made the most of it. We had a ball.
Above: My nephew has autism and we rarely see him want to go do what the rest of the kids are doing. This was a rare moment so I'm glad I was able to capture it. (He is barefoot because he likes the way the snow feels on his feet, thankfully it was a warm day.)
Below: These are my sweet parents in the background of these last 2 pictures making sure everyone is having fun. Thanks for all the fun Mom and Dad :)
